Name: Beef with Tomato and Enoki Mushrooms

Beef plays as a main role in this dish, providing about 40g of protein in total. It is simple to make. Seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste. It’s ideal for clean bulking and fat loss.

Ingredients:

  • Sliced beef: 200g
  • Enoki mushrooms: 150g
  • Tomato: 150g (or 1 piece)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1-2 slices of ginger
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 0.5-1 small chili pepper (optional)

Seasonings:

  • Sea salt: 0.5-1g
  • Black pepper: 0.5-1g
  • Olive oil: 2 sprays

Preparation:

  1. Wash the beef slices and drain. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  2. Trim and wash the enoki mushrooms, then drain.
  3. Blanch the tomato briefly in hot water, peel, and cut into chunks.
  4. Finely chop the spring onion, ginger, garlic, and small chili pepper (if using).

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Spray 2 sprays of olive oil into the pan.
  3. Toss in the chopped spring onion, ginger, garlic (and chili pepper) and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the beef slices and quickly stir-fry until about 70-80% cooked (when the beef starts to change color).
  5. Incorporate the chopped tomato and stir-fry until the tomato releases its juice.
  6. Mix the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry.
  7. Pour a small amount of water, cover the pan, and bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to medium heat.
  8. Season with sea salt and continue to cook until the liquid has reduced, then remove from heat.
